Scope of the service
Personalised digital services (such as the complete plan: nutrition schedule, training and permitted supplement recommendations) are prepared manually by a specialist for you alone; they are not ready-made files.
What we need from you
After your payment is confirmed, a private page opens in your account to fill in the form and upload the requested files (such as an InBody report). The specialist starts once the form is complete and may ask for more information through your account.
Secure delivery
We e-mail you when your plan is ready, and you download it from My Account → My services through a protected link that works only for you. Plans and health data are never sent by e-mail.
Limits of the service
The service is not a diagnosis or a substitute for a physician and includes no medicines or regulated compounds; recommendations are limited to permitted dietary supplements.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy published on this site.
Privacy
Your answers and files are handled as encrypted health data under the Privacy Policy and deleted 180 days after the request is completed.
